Scheduled entertainment cancellation\/reschedule policy:<\/p>\n
We like to be flexible when we can be or when the weather is bad for the bubbles. We allow cancellation\/postponement up to the night before the event if the weather looks to be very bad for the bubbles. If we agree that has happened, we can work with you to reschedule and apply your full payment to the new date if you wish. Important Note<\/strong>: Rain showers and winds up to about 25 mph are GOOD for the medium and smaller bubbles. Big rain drops, smoke and higher winds can be bad if they don’t let up during the show hours. Postponing a show to a new date is also allowed for other reasons if we get notified at least 14 days in advance. We may allow postponements with less than the notice stated above (in our discretion) if you have a great reason you could not let us know sooner. We like to be nice!<\/p>\n If you have scheduled a “Big Bubble Show” at sunrise, at the beach or at some other clean air location, big rain drops or winds over 14 Mph can mess up the big<\/strong> bubbles. We want you to have a great show. We will try to communicate in advance about options such as rescheduling or showing up anyway. If you have us show up on site and it gets bad, we can sometimes work around the bad weather if it is temporary. We can usually make medium and smaller bubbles if you feel “the show must go on”.<\/p>\n If we show up approximately where and when you told us to, we get paid our full fee even if you are not there or changed your mind about needing our services.<\/p>\n Cancellations<\/strong> (without a rescheduling) will be refunded:<\/p>\n 90%<\/strong> of the full gig fee if at least 14 days in advance. The 10% goes to credit card fees and other costs.<\/p>\n 80%<\/strong> of the full gig fee if at least\u00a0 7 days in advance.<\/p>\n 70%<\/strong> of the full gig fee if at least 3 days in advance.<\/p>\n 50%<\/strong> of the full gig fee if at least 24 hours in advance.<\/p>\n The amounts above do not apply if we have begun travel to your event or have purchased event-specific items (such as airline tickets) before we get the notice of cancellation. Under those circumstances we will try to calculate our expenses and come up with a partial refund at our discretion. We do like to be nice \ud83d\ude42<\/strong><\/p>\n The specific agreements contained in written contracts can supersede the specific provisions of the standard policy above.
