If Printful messes up the product, we will support efforts to return it to them. They have a 30 day return policy and only cover significant problem with the printing or product flaws (except in Brazil for 7 days). Wet Rock does not have stock or do the printing, so we do not currently offer returns as a standard policy on the Printful items.
