It has a spacious inside compartment (with a pocket for your laptop), and a hidden back pocket for safekeeping your most valuable items. If Printful messes up the product, we will support efforts to return it for a reship or refund. They have a 30 day return policy and only cover significant shipping errors, problems with the printing or product flaws. Please be sure you check the size guide before ordering. Wet Rock does not have stock or do the printing, so we do not currently offer returns as a standard policy on the Printful items.
