If Printful messes up the product, we will support efforts to return it for a reship or refund. They have a 30 day return policy and only cover significant shipping errors, problems with the printing or product flaws. Please be sure you check the size guide before ordering. Wet Rock does not have stock or do the printing, so we do not currently offer returns as a standard policy on the Printful items.
Our products are made especially for you soon after you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and overhead. There may be some differences between mockup colors shown here and printed products due to the differences between screen colors and actual printing processes.
